An apartment renovation for a semi-retired couples home away from home. The client brief asked for a refined, robust and neutral material palette that matched their Melbourne home, whilst maximizing the existing space and enhancing views to the ocean.

The design is to be filled with plants, art and function to host visiting family. The original 80’s floor plan layout is selectively modified to create more efficiency, storage and remove any need for structural works.
